Advance Directive Workshops — March 04, 2010
Skagit Hospice Services provides Advance Directive workshops in various locations throughout Skagit, Island, San Juan and Snohomish Counties. Attend if you are interested in learning more about Living Wills, Durable Power of Attorney for healthcare, and Physician Orders for Life- Sustaining Treatment (POLST) forms.
