Hospice of the Northwest Foundation |
Hospice is a support system for the patient, family, caregivers and physicians who work together as a team to provide care for people with life-limiting illness.
The Hospice of the Northwest Foundation is an important part of that team. Gifts made to the private, non-profit corporation will be used to help each member of the team, from the volunteer who spends time reading to a patient to nurses who provide guidance and care. |
